Improve customer service at emissions testing stations in metro Atlanta’s 13 counties; and
Provide inspectors and station owners with tips and resources to create a smoother and friendlier testing experience for Georgia drivers.

Stations that complete the Inspection Check Toolkit — featuring customer service tips and operational best practices — earn the Elite Partner designation. These stations proudly display the Elite Partner logo onsite and online as a sign of their commitment to top-tier service.
